waters of the Gulf, The Jumeirah Beach Club offers the following facilities:
Two superb temperature controlled swimming pools, one for the family
and young children to splash around in, and one for those who just want
to take a relaxing swim. The Family Pool is fun-filled, featuring water
slides, a desert island, underwater music, caves, fountains, and sail
canopy shading. For younger children, the separate Toddlers' Pool offers
protective sun shading. The serious swimmer can enjoy lane swimming in
the championship length Main Pool, which also has underwater music.
If you are a sports lover, you will appreciate the seven ATP tennis courts and a full range of activities for both children and adults such as Swimming, Squash, Football, Volleyball, Basketball or Watersports, just to name a few. Hoby Cat sailing, windsurfing, banana boat, kayaking, snorkeling and boogie board, we got it all at the Club. No matter what you choose to do out of the blue, personalized instruction and top quality equipment is provided.
A fully equipped Sports & Recreation Centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. It includes a professional gymnasium with a range of free weights, an activities room, three glass backed squash courts, changing rooms with separate sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, massage room and rest area for men and women. Professional instructors are present for general supervision, advice in the gymnasium or for fitness assessments and personal exercise programmes that can be arranged at a nominal fee. Classes and assistance are also available for the following activities: Aerobics, Aquarobics, Fitness, Body Pump, Street Jazz and many more. The 'Stingrays Kids Club' with a great variety of many popular supervised activities is available for children between the age of 4 and 9 years. There is also a hairdressing salon, which caters for both ladies and gentlemen and a Boutique at the Beach Clubhouse that offers a range of fine sports and leisure wear, as well as magazines, newspapers and gifts.
