In the elder a part of experience." The South African Airlink daily schedule into MalaMala Game Reserve. South Africa Airlink is operating a 29-seater Jetstream 41 turboprop aircraft into the newly refurbished and upgraded MalaMala Airfield.

On arrival guests will be met by representatives from the camps. The estimated driving times from the MalaMala airstrip to the camps are: MalaMala Main Camp 5 minutes. Kirkman's Kamp 30 minutes. Harry's Camp 5 minutes. By helicopter : This is an ideal mode of transport for guests arriving at MalaMala from the numerous mountainous retreats in the Mpumalanga area surrounding the Kruger National Park. While luggage is transported to the camps by vehicle, the helicopter passengers are transported onto the mountainous escarpment in close proximity to MalaMala for a picnic. This is followed by a panoramic flight through some of the finest scenery on offer in Southern Africa, including the Blyde River Canyon, Long Tom Pass, God's Window and Bourke's Luck Potholes, after which guests are flown back to MalaMala in time for the afternoon game drive. Please contact our reservations office for further information. Panoramic Transfers : An attractive alternative for guests to consider on their return trip to Johannesburg, is a "Panoramic Transfer" from all the MalaMala camps to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. This trip, with a qualified guide, in a luxury airconditioned vehicle, follows a route through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery South Africa has to offer. It ends at Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport in the late afternoon, in time to connect with the scheduled flights to Johannesburg International Airport. If you are interested and would like more information, please contact our booking office. By Road : MalaMala Game Reserve is a five and a half hour drive
from Johannesburg. There is a vehicle entrance fee of R50.00 into the Sabi Sand Wildtuin, payable on arrival. The game reserve gates close at 22h00. We would appreciate it if all car arrivals telephoned the camps from Hazyview to advise of their expected arrival in approximately one hour.
