At Fantino, the resort's fine dining Italian restaurant, a new avant-garde culinary approach debuted October 1 featuring creative Italian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence created by the restaurant's new Chef de Cuisine Matias Martinez. The dining room's elegant ambiance includes silk-covered walls, Frette linens and hand-painted ceiling frescos, all complemented by expansive views of the ocean.

All-day dining is available indoors and outdoors in a casual atmosphere overlooking the Caribbean Sea.  The menu features Mexican and American favorites with Mexican Fiesta dinners on Friday evenings and elaborate Sunday brunches.
