Featuring regional specialties and a variety of fresh seafood, beef and game with a Mexican influence, The Club Grill holds AAA's coveted Five Diamond award. Specialties, created by Chef Rodrigo Torres, include a variety of fresh seafood, beef and game and a new grill station with hearty dishes.  Popular menu selections have Mexican influences including Tequila Flamed Squid Ink Risotto Flavored with Coriander, Jalapeno Chile and Tomatoes; Cafetiere of Tomatillo Consomme with Diver Scallops Tartar; Roasted Rack of Lamb in Pepper and Lime Leaf Crust, Potato Purée with Goat Cheese and Tobiko; and Mexican Sherbets in Almond Tuile with Citrus Salad .

To enhance your dining experience, an extensive international wine list is available.  After dinner, discover our famous cigar menu, which includes the best from Cuba, to be enjoyed with live music and dancing nightly.
