The fitness centre is located within The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai Spa.  Individual health and fitness programmes are available for the experienced exercise enthusiast and novice alike.  A personal trainer is available for assistance and one-to-one personal training sessions.  The Fitness centre is equipped with cardio-vascular training equipment such as treadmills, bikes and stair climbers, as well as Cyber equipment for strengthening of legs, chest, arms, back and abs, along with free weights.

Golf

Dubai has several championship golf courses, two of which are located just five minutes from the resort.  Reservations and transportation arrangements may be made through the concierge.
