Committed to providing the most discerning global travelers with an exceptional level of quality and creativity, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has achieved a level of culinary excellence to rival any resort in the world.

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has five restaurants supervised by Executive Chef Eric Scuiller. From Eric Ripert, Chef & Co-Owner of Le Bernardin, NYC and the culinary world's standard bearer for seafood, come two signature restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman: Periwinkle and Blue.

Appropriate to their setting in the Caribbean, each in its own distinctive way reflects Ripert's passion and extraordinary talent for celebrating the essential nature and character of seafood.

Bar Jack
Grand Cayman's number one sunset vantage point, Bar Jack pool bar and grill is poised right at the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Named for the silvery reef fish so plentiful offshore, the casual restaurant serves cocktails and a pool menu against a lively but soothing musical beat.

Blue by Eric Ripert

In the tradition of Le Bernardin, Blue offers a three-course prix fixe menu as well as a chef's tasting menu. Selections include Chilled Spiny Lobster in a Coconut-Ginger Soup with Avocado and Mango, Mahi-Mahi with Apple, Cucumber and Caper Salad with Tomato-Verbena Gazpacho and Aioli Crab Cake Melting in a Rich Lobster Saffron Broth with Poached Shrimp and Croutons.

Periwinkle by Eric Ripert Fresh meets fun in Periwinkle by Eric Ripert where the renowned chef of three Michelin star Le Bernardin revisits his Mediterranean roots with his al fresco grill overlooking the resort's winding waterways.
7 Prime Cuts & Sunsets Warm and welcoming with a dash of West Indian spice, 7 takes its simple name from the Caribbean's most famous beach that lies right outside its door.
Silver Palm Lounge Caribbean elegance reigns in the lounge named for the Cayman Islands' national tree, the silver thatch palm. The lounge features soaring arched windows and a view of waterways and fairways punctuated with lush tropical blooms.
