Michael Hinds is back home as chef de cuisine for the luxury resort’s L’Acajou Restaurant, which re-opened this month.

“It is good to be back at Sandy Lane, back on familiar territory, with familiar faces,” the 28-year old explained, adding, “I spent ten years here before and I must thank Sandy Lane for the excellent opportunity they afforded me over those years. It’s because of Sandy Lane and the interest they showed in me that I progressed to this point in my career.”
