Wow..I had a wonderfull time at the beach.The Snackerrie has by far the best burgers and Eva was great in suggesting the dolphin sandwich!Thanks Eva!! |

My adult daughters recently spent a glorious five days at the Miami/Key Biscayne Sonesta. I have long been a fan of Sonesta properties, and this particular proterty did not disappoint.
From the moment we arrived until the day we departed we were treated with the utmost respect, good cheer and cooperation. The food can only be described as supurb. We ate in all the restaurants and can only rave about each and every meal. The spa is divine and the hair stylist, Michael, is a genius. The pool and beach are lovely, the entire property is spotless and cleaned (what seemed to be) round-the-clock. And as with all Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, the staff and managements is without peer. One can only assume that the employees are sincerely happy in their positions, because the attitude of every Sonesta employee I have ever met is perfect - helpful, friendly, cheerful, polite, respectful and happy to accommodate just about any request in a timely manner. |

I have stayed at the Sonesta over ten years ago, and when I returned this year it was just as wonderful as ever. The staff is so helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful three day vacation. |
