Check-in time: 4:00 PM
We will attempt to accommodate guests arriving earlier than 4:00 PM as quickly as possible. If a guest requests an early morning arrival, early check-in can be guaranteed by reserving the room for the prior evening and incurring an extra night's charge. If a group arrives together, the resort will accommodate guests as rooms become available. Special arrangements can be made with the Director of Conference Services for proper reception and luggage storage.

Check-out time 11:00 A.M.
The resort enjoys a very high occupancy and must adhere to a 11:00 A.M. check-out time. Late check outs are based on availability. Anyone checking out after 11:00 A.M. may incur a late check-out charge. Anyone checking out between 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM may incur a half day charge. Anyone checking out after 6:00 PM will incur a full day charge. If a guest finds it necessary to check out after 12:00 noon on the day of departure, arrangements can be made with the bellmen or front desk for luggage storage until the guest is ready to depart. Special group arrangements can be made with the Director of Conference Services.

Rooming List
All reservations received by rooming list are guaranteed to the master account. When possible, please provide arrival and departure times to facilitate check-in and check-out as well as indication of smokers and non-smokers.

Reservation Procedures
All reservations must be received four weeks prior to your group's arrival. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space available basis. All reservations received by rooming list are considered guaranteed, with no-shows charged to the group's master account.

Cancellation Policies
Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room and tax.

During peak season and special event dates, a two-night deposit is required at time of booking for guarantee. A 21-day cancellation policy is in effect during this time.
