To ensure the timely receipt of conference materials, please send all shipments no later than one week prior to your group’s arrival to the resort. Address packages to Ruben Fuentes, Director of Conference Services, and label “hold” for group meeting name and meeting dates.
All shipments will be secured in our conference service storeroom. Make arrangements for return shipping with the resort’s Bellman.

Note: Shipping must be prepaid - COD’s will be refused. Hotel is not equipped with forklift. Carriers with lifts are required. Freight elevator capacity: 4’ wide x 7’ long, 2,500 lbs. maximum.
Shows of more than 25 booths require a Drayage Company to handle set-up.
