Meeting Room Set-Up
All meeting rooms will be set up and ready at least one hour prior to the scheduled starting time. All classroom and conference set-ups will include draped tables with ice water pitchers, glasses, pads and pencils. Easels, chalkboards, podiums and one microphone per meeting room are provided on a complimentary basis.
