The Club also offers easy access to outdoor jogging. Personal trainers are available by appointment.
Additional features and amenities include men's and women's locker rooms with dry saunas, towels, hairdryers, soaps and shampoo and fresh fruit.
Local Sonesta Health Club memberships are available for individuals, couples, seniors and children.

| This atrium-style pool with retractable roof and sliding glass walls is one of the largest pools in the area. The hotel became the first in New England to use a natural chlorine generator instead of traditional harsh chemicals. In addition to keeping the pool sparkling, this new system is healthier for your skin and the chlorine scent is virtually non-existent. The pool offers 3 swimming lanes and a larger area for less strenuous pursuits, and overlooks the seasonal sundeck and Charles River. The pool is maintained at 82 degrees year-round.
Water Aerobics classes are available Monday through Thursday evening. Swimming lessons are available by appointment. Pool Only Sonesta Club memberships are available.

Skin Care by Zoya and Royal Massages are available for those who want to pamper themselves. A custom designed day of beauty at Royal Treatments can be arranged by appointment.
Skin Care by Zoya esthetician services include facial, body treatments, face and leg waxing, spa manicure, and spa pedicure.
Massage therapies include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and pre-natal massages, bodywork, reflexology, and shiatsu.
