Deluxe Rooms and Suites: Third person/rollaway: $35 additional per night. Crib: No charge. Children under 17 years of age: No charge when sharing a room with parents. Maximum: Four persons sharing a room. Certain restrictions apply. Rates are based upon double occupancy. Room tax is currently 13%. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be reimbursed or credit card guarantee waived if cancellation is received 72 hours prior to arrival. December 19, 2003 - January 1, 2004 & March 25, 2004 - April 3, 2004: We require a two night deposit and have a 21 day cancellation policy. $50 surcharge applies to all packages over these dates.
Resort Fee: There is a daily fee of $12.00 per room, per night taxable at 7%. Daily resort fee includes access to our world-class Spa and Fitness Center, use of our tennis courts, in-room coffee, daily newspaper delivered to your guest room, local and 800 telephone calls from your room (up to 20 minutes), incoming fax service, scheduled shuttle service to local attractions, and umbrellas and lounges at the pool and beach. The resort fee does not include any staff gratuities.
Note: Please be aware that effective July 1, 2003, a statewide anti-smoking amendment will go into effect. This amendment will prohibit smoking in indoor public areas such as the lobby, restaurants, and bars. Designated smoking guest rooms are available at the resort. |
